Policy on all Confirmed Appointments.

All appointments confirmed will incur a 50% cancellation cost of service booked for No Show or Cancellations within 24hours.

Credit card details must be provided at booking time to confirm appointments.

If advise and cancel outside of 24hrs no cancellation cost applies.

 

New Colour Customers

Cello Hairdressers will requires a booking deposit of $50.00.

This is to be paid over the phone upon confirming your appointment.

If cancel outside of 24hours booking fee will be transferable to re book within 3 months only.

Non refundable if cancel within 24hours of your appointment confirmed time.
